אל תתנו לקיץ להטעות אתכם: אין לי כוונה להפסיק לסרוג עד החורף הבא (ולאחריו…). לא משנה לי שיהיה חם, דביק ומיוזע: את הצמר שלי לא תקחו ממני כל כך בקלות! אז הנה, כאילו אין פה קיץ, הנה לפניכם הוראות לסוודר די חורפי שעליכם לסרוג במידה אחת יותר גדולה לבנות ולבנים שלכם, שוודאי יצמחו בעוד כמה סנטימטרים עד לחורף הבא (ואצל חלק מאיתנו הם צומחים במטרים, לא?).

מה תצטרכו עבור הסוודר
לצורך סריגה הסוודר עליכם להשתמש בצמר בעובי chunky בשני צבעים (100 גרם כל כדור).
שימו לב שבהוראות הסריגה ההתיחסות לשני הצבעים היא עבור הצבע הראשי הנקרא בהוראות "main" והצבע השני "other color".
כמות:
גילאי שנה: כדור אחד מכל צבע.
גילאי 3-6: שני כדורים מהצבע המרכזי שתבחרו, כדור אחד מהצבע המשני.
גילאי 7-8: שני כדורים מכל צבע.
גילאי 9-12: שלושה כדורים מהצבע המרכזי, שני כדורים מהצבע המשני.
מסרגות מספר 6 וחצי
מסרגות מספר 5 וחצי (לסריגת הצווארון רצוי להשתמש במסרגה עגולה)
מחזיק עיניים
מתח הסריגה: 14 עיניים על 19 שורות במסרגה מספר 6 וחצי אמורות לצאת 10 סמ"ר בסריגת שורה שמאל שורה ימין (stocking stitch). אם אינכם מקבלים 10 ס"מ התאימו את מספר העיניים והשורות למתח הסריגה שלכם ושנו את ההוראות בהתאמה.
הוראות הסריגה נכתבו בהתאמה על פי חלוקת הגילאים הבאה:

work 7:9:9:15:15:15 rows more without shaping.
Shape Raglan
cast off 3:3:4:4:5:5 sts. at beg of next 2 rows.
work 6:6:14:12:12:14 rows, dec 1st at each end of next and every foll. 4th row.
you should now have 33:37:35:39:41:43 sts. **

using 5.5mm needles and main color cast on 34:38:42:46:46:50 sts
work 4:4:6:6:6:6 rows in 2X2 rob, dec 1 st at center of last row.
change to 6.5mm needles and work in st-st 2:6:6:6:8:10 rows in main color. dec 1 st at each end of 1st, 3rd, 3rd, 3rd, 3rd, 3rd row.
break off main color and rejoin other color. con in st-st striped patt (12 rows each color) as follows:
dec 1 st at each end of 5th,5th,3rd,3rd,5th,1st and every foll 0:0:0:6th:0:8th row.
work 28:34:40:46:52:52 rows without shaping.
Shape Raglan
cast off 3:3:4:4:5:5 sts at beg of next 2 rows.

join yarn seems leaving left back raglan open. With rs facing using 5.5mm needles and main color, pick up and knit 9:9:9:11:11:11 sts from top of left sleeve, 10:11:11:12:14:14 sts along left side neck, 7:7:9:9:9:11 sts left on a stitch holder at front of neck, 10:11:11:12:14:14 sts along right side of neck, 9:9:9:11:11:11 sts from top of right sleeve and 17:19:21:23:23:25 sts left on a stitch holder at back of neck. 62:66:70:78:82:86 sts
starting with a 2nd row of 2X2 rib, work 5 rows
cast off in rib
